Interactive Parties

Interactive Dinner parties are my specialty. I try to buy the freshest, organic and locally grown ingredients the seasons and the markets have to offer. I love the interactive gatherings where we get to know each other and get intimate with the food. You can participate or just watch. A lot of my diners have said that it is like their own private cooking show.

Special Events

Art shows, special events or just a gathering of friends and family are all made spectacular with great food. Finger food feasts and small plate setups are always a hit. I seek out fine cheeses, succulent meats and specialty foods. Mini hamburgers and panini sandwiches are all the rage right now. Fresh baked breads and hot crustini are perfectly accompanied by homemade sauces and dressings. I can work with your theme or we can put out a diverse spread from around the world.

Wedding Dinners

One way to make your shower, bachelor(ette) or rehearsal dinner more intamate and exciting is to have it in your home.

This option also saves money.

We will work together to create the perfect menu for you and your guest. We can serve your guests party style, buffet or formal. You take care of your friends and family, and A Guest For Dinner takes care of the rest.

Formal Dinners

Formal dinners boil down to two things, presentation and execution. Table service is recommended. The flavor of the food is a given: it should be superb. Dinner for two or parties of twenty-plus are possible.

Traveling Chef

Have knives, will travel.

I am willing to cook anywhere and under almost any conditions. Down the coast or to the other coast, I love to travel and I am always looking to put a few more notches on the passport.
